A nice haul of four medals caught in France!

   That is the result of Belarusian student-athletes at the 3rd European Universities Judo Championship which was held in the period from 7th to 11th October, 2015 in Rheims (France).
 
 
     Student-athletes from 19 countries took part in the event. Belarus was represented by: Ighor Zhukov (the weight category under 90 kg), Vae Tuthalyan (under 66kg), Daniela Kazanova (under 63 kg) and Ekaterina Kalyuzhnaya (+78 kg). The delegation was headed by Gurgen Tutkhalyan.
 
 
     The gold medal was gained by Vae Tuthalyan, student of the Belarusian State Economic University (Dinamo Belarusian Sports And Physical Training Society, individual coach − Gurgen Tutkhalyan). In the final fight he whipped Remy Akkary who represented a French higher education institution.
 
 
   Silver medals were gained by Ighor Zhukov (Dinamo Belarusian Sports And Physical Training Society, individual coach – Alexander Shlyk), graduate of the Belarusian National Technical University and Ekaterina Kalyuzhnaya, graduate of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M.Tank (Grodno Regional School of High Sport Mastery, individual coach – Alexander Bardyn). And bronze was won by Daniela Kazanova, graduate of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank (Minsk State City School of Highest Sports Mastership, individual coach – Semen Gumanov).
